The I’On Club has a state of the art fitness facility. Hours of operation are 5:30 am to 9 pm.

Our fitness facility features four distinct and impressive fitness rooms designed for privacy and focus: Cardio and Weights Room, Spin Studio, Yoga Studio, and Functional Training Room.  Our club is equipped with state-of-the-art Hoist® & Cybex® weightlifting and cardio machines. Our fleet of cardio machines feature personal TVs for instant feedback or entertainment during workouts, or members can enjoy the views of the club’s pool or tennis courts during a workout.   The I’On Club is proud to offer it’s members complimentary group exercise classes each week. Group Fitness Classes

The I’On Club offers members over 40 hours of complimentary group exercise classes each week. Group exercise classes start at 5:30 am and finish at 8:00 pm, making it easy to find a class that fits into your busy life. Personal Training

Not only does The I’On Club offer state of the art exercise equipment, it is also home to some of Charleston’s best personal trainers. Personal training can be purchased in 30-minute sessions, 45-minute sessions, and 60-minute sessions. For more information on I’On Club’s personal trainers, click here.

Fitness Orientation

fitness-page-02Free for all members, the fitness orientation is a great way to start or update your fitness regime!  An I’On Club trainer will meet you individually to discuss your fitness goals and advise you of what exercises, group fitness classes and Club equipment can help you meet your goals.
